By accessing and using FAIZSMP V2 services, including our Minecraft server and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Server Rules and Conduct

All players must follow these rules while using our services:

  • No cheating, hacking, or use of unauthorized modifications
  • No griefing, stealing, or destroying other players' builds
  • Respect all players and staff members
  • No spam, advertising, or inappropriate content
  • Follow the specific rules of each game mode (Survival, OneBlock, Event)
  • No real-money trading of in-game items outside our official store
  • English language preferred in global chat

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Using a legitimate Minecraft account
  • Providing accurate information when required
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Purchases and Refunds

Regarding purchases made through our store:

  • All purchases are final unless otherwise specified
  • Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis
  • Virtual items have no real-world value
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue items
  • Chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension

Enforcement and Penalties

Violations of these terms may result in:

  • Verbal or written warnings
  • Temporary muting or chat restrictions
  • Temporary suspension from the server
  • Permanent ban from all services
  • Forfeiture of purchased items or ranks

We reserve the right to take appropriate action at our discretion based on the severity of the violation.

FAIZSMP V2 and all related content, including but not limited to logos, designs, and custom content, are the property of FAIZSMP V2. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

Limitation of Liability

FAIZSMP V2 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, virtual items, or gameplay progress. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
